The Ravens are among our clients and they used Simplus consulting services along with Conga Contracts to solve a contract management process that was difficult to manage. The Ravens were looking to shorten the time from drafting a contract to contract execution and centralize the storage and contract reporting into a single cloud-based solution.

The Outcome

Simplus implemented the Conga Contracts with Salesforce to allow for easy contract generation and retrieval. Simplus also implemented a request process to kickoff the contract process and an advanced workflow that introduced standard processes for ensuring contracts that require approvals and/or negotiations are routed appropriately. The Ravens launched with seven standard contract templates to handle their NDAs and sponsorship agreements in addition to their business agreements and vendor contracts using standard and pre-approved language with document attributes to allow for easy searching and reporting on contracts.
